Within these documents members can find key information such as the organization's financial situation, performance reports, the progress of its plans and any updates since the last meeting.

With BoardiGO, you can ensure that the documents for your next board meeting are **fully accessible** at the click of a button.

1. Go to the **BoardiGO dashboard**.
2. Click on the **Upcoming & Pending** section.
3. Click on **Meetings**.
4. Find the meeting that shows the **Get board pack** button and click to download it. The board pack is a document that brings together in a single PDF all the documents and reports submitted by the different board members.
