CONFIGURE REMINDERS FOR SIGNATURES AND VOTES

Keeping deadlines on track is key to effective governance. BoardiGO lets you configure smart reminders to follow up on pending actions, without the need to chase anyone. You can choose between three Reminder Modes depending on the level of urgency.

1. WHEN CREATING A VOTE OR SIGNATURE SESSION, ENABLE THE “REMINDER” OPTION. This opens the Reminder Mode configuration panel.

2. CHOOSE THE INTENSITY LEVEL

GENTLE MODE → Sends reminders at fixed intervals - Ideal when there’s no urgency. PROGRESSIVE MODE → Starts gentle, then becomes more frequent as the deadline approaches. INTENSIVE MODE → Sends frequent alerts - Allows you to add a backup contact in copy.

3. CUSTOMIZE REMINDER SETTINGS Set the number of days between reminders Define the switch delay from Gentle to Intensive Add a CC contact (Intensive Mode only)
