REQUEST A DOCUMENT

BoardiGO allows you to request from a specific Board member or external stakeholder the needed documents to create the board pack and make it available for members to download before the meeting.

Follow the instructions to request a document from a Board member (or an external stakeholder):

  1. In the Agenda items section, click on the type of item to create a Vote, Signature or Discussion.
  2. Create a title for this item and a description if necessary.
  3. If the chosen item is a vote or a signature, then a rule must be set.
  4. Click on Request to a member in the Document section.
  5. Enter the email of the member who should provide the document.
  6. Click on Notice to upload document to set a deadline for uploading the document.
  7. Click on Save.
  8. Add the necessary items to finalize your agenda.
  9. Click on Confirm and send meeting date to finalize.
