AUTOMATED BOARD PACK

The challenge as a meeting organizer is to gather all the documents and reports that will be used during the meeting. It is a time-consuming and difficult task, but it is essential for the meeting to run smoothly.

BoardiGO makes this process easy for you in just a few clicks:

  1. When creating the agenda for the Board meeting, be sure to activate the Printable Board pack option in the attributes section.
  2. Add or request the necessary documents when creating each of the meeting items. Remember that these documents should always be in PDF format.
  3. Create all the necessary items for your meeting.
  4. Click on Confirm and send meeting date once you have set all your agenda items.
  5. BoardiGO will show you the possibility to create the BoardPack. Before confirming this option, verify that all requested documents have been uploaded.
  6. Confirm the Board Pack creation option.
  7. BoardiGO will send an email to board members letting them know that the board pack is available.
