The challenge as a meeting organizer is to gather all the documents and reports that will be used during the meeting. It is a time-consuming and difficult task, but it is essential for the meeting to run smoothly.
BoardiGO makes this process easy for you in just a few clicks:
- When creating the agenda for the Board meeting, be sure to activate the Printable Board pack option in the attributes section.
- Add or request the necessary documents when creating each of the meeting items. Remember that these documents should always be in PDF format.
- Create all the necessary items for your meeting.
- Click on Confirm and send meeting date once you have set all your agenda items.
- BoardiGO will show you the possibility to create the BoardPack. Before confirming this option, verify that all requested documents have been uploaded.
- Confirm the Board Pack creation option.
- BoardiGO will send an email to board members letting them know that the board pack is available.
