BoardiGO is not only a platform to digitize your board meetings, it is also a productivity tool that you can use even in your in-person meetings.
BoardiGO gives you the possibility to organize a meeting in a hybrid way: online and offline. Members will be present but the agenda will be executed digitally so that everything is duly recorded on the platform: documents, signature and voting, comments for the record, etc. All this smoothly and without loss of time.
Meeting setup

Click on the Create button on the left panel.

Click on Create a meeting.

Click on the option you need:
- Create from blank.
- Create from a template: Select the template you need from the Template section > Meeting tab.

Create a title for the meeting and a description if necessary.

Activate the characteristics of your meeting: Physical and the possibility to get a Printable Board Pack.

Enter the details of your in-person meeting: address, zip code, city, etc.

Set the date and time of the meeting if it is already confirmed, or send a scheduling poll to agree on a date.

Set the duration of the meeting

Invite your board members or stakeholders if necessary.

Set all your agenda items.

Click on Confirm and send invitation to sign.

During the live meeting, run the meeting outline as if you were in online mode.
