BoardiGO loads no cookies and no third-party analytics before you choose.
The consent banner you see on first visit is the only place where cookies and analytics get enabled — and only if you click Accept.
What we store
Three states, three behaviours. Each one is verifiable in your browser — the consent banner reads and writes a single localStorage key, and the page sets one attribute on the document body so the rest of the site can react.
Nothing third-party. The site does not write any cookies and does not load any analytics scripts. The hosting layer logs the standard web-server data (your IP address, browser user agent, the page you requested and the time) for security and operations; those logs are retained for 30 days and never used for advertising.
The site writes one localStorage key (`boardigo-consent` = `accepted`) and loads PostHog product analytics on its EU host `eu.i.posthog.com`. PostHog records page views and named events (for example, CTA clicks) with no cross-site identifier and no advertising cookies.
The site writes the same localStorage key with the value `rejected`. No analytics scripts load. No third-party requests are made from the marketing site for the duration of that choice.
What we do not use
The categories below are not in our analytics stack on the marketing site and we will update this page if any of them ever ships. Anything not listed under "what we store" above is not present.
BoardiGO does not run ads on this site and does not buy any third-party advertising identifiers. The consent banner does not unlock advertising trackers — Accept turns on product analytics only.
The site does not embed social-network share widgets that would otherwise drop their own cookies the moment you load a page. Links to LinkedIn or other channels are plain hyperlinks.
No probabilistic device IDs, no third-party identity graph, no canvas / WebGL fingerprinting libraries. The analytics, when enabled, are scoped to this marketing site only.
When analytics are enabled, PostHog records named page-view and CTA events only. The site does not replay your mouse path, capture form keystrokes or build scroll heatmaps.
Change your choice
The mechanism is the same in every modern browser: clear the site data for `www.boardigo.com` and the consent banner reappears on your next visit so you can pick again.
In Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, open Site settings for `www.boardigo.com` and clear the site data. The consent banner reappears on the next visit and you can click Reject or Accept again. There is no separate BoardiGO account or cookie wallet to manage.
If you would rather have the request documented end-to-end, email `privacy@boardigo.com`. We confirm the request in writing. The marketing site does not store any extra data beyond the localStorage key the banner already manages, so this channel exists for documentation, not because there is a hidden second profile to clean up.
