These terms cover the public marketing site only.
The BoardiGO product application — and the contract you sign when you start using it — is covered by a separate Master Services Agreement, shared during evaluation.
What this site is
This page is here so you know what the site is, what it is not, and how to read it. The BoardiGO product itself is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, not by anything you read here.
www.boardigo.com is the marketing site for the BoardiGO board governance platform. It describes what the product is, who it is for, and what we can and cannot claim today. Reading it does not create a contract or a customer relationship.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a contract. Pricing pages describe intent and current plans; the actual contract is the order form and Master Services Agreement you would sign before using the product application.
The site is updated regularly. We tag every page with a status (`publish-now`, `publish-with-caveat`, etc.) so the right caveats stay visible on pages that still need proof packs or legal sign-off. When we change material content, the page reflects the change.
What you may do
The marketing site exists to be read, forwarded and cited. Procurement teams, auditors and analysts are the audience; the permissions below reflect that intent.
You can read every public page on this site, link to it from anywhere, and cite our content with attribution under normal fair-use. Direct deep-links to specific sections are welcome.
Forwarding pages to colleagues, procurement teams, auditors or counsel is welcome. That is how this site is designed to be used — the trust posture pages, the boundary pages and the comparison pages are written so they survive being shared without context.
If you are running a procurement evaluation or an audit walkthrough, you can use the pages here as part of the working pack. Where a proof pack is the right next step (trust / security, integrations, signatures / evidence), the page flags that explicitly and points to the right inbox.
What you may not do
The restrictions below are deliberately narrow. Normal reading, citation and sharing are unaffected. The targets are mass-extraction and brand misuse.
Programmatic crawling beyond standard, polite crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, DuckDuckBot, well-behaved AI training crawlers that respect `robots.txt`) is not allowed. If you have a legitimate research use case, email legal@boardigo.com instead of running an undeclared crawler.
Wholesale copying of the site or its assets onto another domain is not allowed. Citing sections, with attribution, under fair-use, is welcome — but a mirror that reproduces the site or substantial chunks of it is not.
"BoardiGO" and the BoardiGO logo are our trademarks. You may mention us factually (e.g. in comparisons, market reports, procurement documents). You may not use the marks in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written consent.
Republishing edited extracts in a way that changes their meaning, or attributing claims to BoardiGO that we do not actually make, is not allowed. The page-status tags on this site (publish-with-caveat, etc.) exist precisely so quotations stay accurate.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you have a question or a dispute, the fastest path is a written email to legal@boardigo.com — we aim to respond within 30 days.
The marketing site is operated from Luxembourg and these terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you visit from another EU member state as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence still apply.
We aim to handle any dispute through direct correspondence first. Email legal@boardigo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If a dispute remains unresolved after that, the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protections referenced above.
When we change these terms, the change is reflected on this page. We do not retroactively change the rules for past visits — the version of the page you read at the time is the one that governs that visit.
